VIEW ADDITIONAL IMAGES 1 : 2 Cobia Boat This 113,000 renovation and addition of an existing office warehouse for a speedboat manufacturer and distributor was completed in 2006. The addition consisted of toilet rooms, electrical and sprinkler rooms. The renovation of the warehouse included concrete floor slab installation, electrical and mechanical system upgrades and interior finishes. The site was graded and paved for a new 200-car parking lot. “Working with G.L. Wilson was probably the best experience working with a general contractor I’ve had in my working career. The new building, totaling 56,000 SF, included a mixing room, laboratory, can-filling room, office area, boiler and compressor rooms, and enabled the beer maker to can their beer in addition to bottling it. |
