VIEW ADDITIONAL IMAGES 1 : 2 : 3 Bloom This project, part of Food Lion’s Washington Market, consisted of the conversion of an existing Food Lion grocery store into Food Lion’s new state-of-the-art, high-end grocery store concept, Bloom. The sales area was completely remodeled including floors, walls, ceilings and interior décor. The storefront was also upgraded with a new glass and framing system, EFIS façade, brick columns, vestibule, cart storage and standing seam metal roof. All other interior support areas including restrooms, offices, deli, bakery, seafood and meat department were renovated. “We had a difficult situation with the landlord’s plan, and we had many setbacks. Even with all that, G.L. Wilson was still able to come through so we could have our soft opening on time.” |
