JRM AIR LLC Continuing in G.L. Wilson’s history of working with repeat customers, the JRM Air project was the second hangar built for this customer. Consisting of a 10,440 SF airplane hangar with a Norco 90’ x 26’ clear hangar door, the hangar area offered ample space for routine storage and pre-flight checks of the JRM Air fleet. The office area consisted of two private toilet rooms with showers, a Reception/ Waiting area, pilot workspace and an open kitchen brought simplicity and efficiency to the overall project. Both the hangar and office areas utilized a Chief Industries metal building system, allowing for economy without sacrificing quality. The site work included concrete taxiway ramps, asphalt parking and a fuel farm. |
