Statesville, NC: The new blueharbor bank branch is located in the heart of Downtown Statesville. This 3,400 SF facility houses multiple offices, a lobby, drive-thru customer access, and conference rooms.
Mooresville, NC: Completed in 2018, the corporate headquarters of blueharbor bank is a three-story, 36,000 SF office building in Morrison Plantation, Mooresville, NC. blueharbor bank was a design/bid/build delivery, ESD Architecture completed the design. The Morrison Plantation site housed the original bank building, which remained in operation during the new bank’s construction. The project was split into two phases to accomplish a seamless transition from the old facility into the new one. Phase one consisted of constructing the new building, and the demolition of the old bank defined phase two.
