Plan Room

Today's plans and specifications are posted online in our Plan Room. Our project managers send invitations to bid to our qualified subcontractors that include a link to the online files. Subcontractors view and print only the files that they need.

You must be registered to participate in our bidding process.

NOTE: You only need to register once. Existing subcontractors do not need to register.

You do not need to register to view our current project listing that is scheduled for bid.

NOTE: Subcontractors must register to be invited to bid. It is strongly suggested that you register as soon as possible because the pre-qualification process requires more documentation than your initial registration to become one of G.L. Wilson Building Company's qualified subcontractors.
