OUR HISTORY

In 1945, when America faced a critical housing shortage, Gordon L. Wilson saw opportunity. With just ten employees and unwavering determination, he began building homes for Iredell County families who needed them most. By 1950, our growing reputation opened new doors. We evolved beyond residential work into industrial, public, and healthcare construction—tackling bigger challenges and serving broader communities. The mid-1960s marked our transformation from local builder to multi-state contractor, a testament to our adaptability and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Today, four generations later, we’re 77 employees strong with 81 years of proven expertise.

But we’re not resting on our legacy—we’re building the future, one innovative project at a time.
