Statesville, NC South Iredell High School: Performing Arts Center Statesville, NC G.L. Wilson and Adams + Associates collaborated to bring this Performing Arts Center facility to the South Iredell High School campus. The scope includes a 700-seat auditorium with an elevated stage and backstage area, band and chorus classrooms, soundproof instrument practice & ensemble support rooms, a broadcasting facility, and classrooms. The design also features a new Administration wing with reception, offices, and a conference room. The main lobby gives direct access to the Auditorium and a concessions area and restrooms. Along the side of the main exterior entry there are ticket windows to be used for school productions as well as public events.

Statesville, NC Iredell Urgent Care Statesville, NC Stepping in to help Iredell Health System establish an urgent care facility to serve the eastern portion of Iredell County, G.L. Wilson Building Company worked on extensive renovations to transform a former video store into a fully equipped care center. Statesville, NC Piedmont Health Care: Dermatology Statesville, NC Located on the Piedmont Health Care Old Mocksville Road medical campus, this 8,500-square-foot medical office building contains exam rooms, a front lobby, offices, and a receptionist desk. Mooresville, NC Home Run Markets: Exit 36 Mooresville, NC G.L. Wilson Building Company provided turnkey design/build construction services for a new convenience store facility located off Exit 36 in Mooresville, NC. Our scope of work included comprehensive design, engineering and building construction . Site preparation involved demolition of existing structures and pavement, followed by the placement of approximately 5,000 cubic yards of imported fill material. Our team performed all roadway, driveway, and building pad grading and excavation, moving an additional 5,000 cubic yards of earth to achieve proper site elevations. All earthwork and hauling operations were self-performed by our experienced crews, ensuring quality control and schedule efficiency throughout the project. "G.L. Mooresville, NC FeedNC Mooresville, NC When FeedNC, originally located in Downtown Mooresville, decided it was time to scale its facility and expand its outreach, it partnered with G.L. Wilson Building Company and project architect Schaeffer Design Associates. Combining Chief Industries’ pre-engineered metal structures with more traditional steel frame construction to achieve a community-oriented and highly functional space for employees, volunteers, and visitors alike, this 26,459-square-foot multipurpose facility houses a large food bank, industrial and instruction kitchens, classroom space, a cafeteria-style dining area, and ample office space for staff. FeedNC received the 2023 Building of The Year Award from Chief Industries.

Mooresville, NC S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House Mooresville, NC The S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House is the second hospice facility that G.L. Wilson Building Company has partnered with Hospice and Palliative Care of Iredell County to bring to the region. It was designed by architect David Polston and spans 22,000 square feet. The facility includes various spaces such as offices, patient rooms, an industrial kitchen, family rooms, and two lobbies. Additionally, the site features extensive grounds with water features and gardens for families and guests to enjoy. “G.L.
