Emphasis is on preparation of construction drawings, calculations, applications, and other documents as required to gain approval from regulatory agencies in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Design and Engineering Design storm water management systems including swales, piping systems, ponds, etc. using storm water modeling and design software. Statesville, NC South Iredell High School: Performing Arts Center Statesville, NC G.L. Wilson and Adams + Associates collaborated to bring this Performing Arts Center facility to the South Iredell High School campus. The scope includes a 700-seat auditorium with an elevated stage and backstage area, band and chorus classrooms, soundproof instrument practice & ensemble support rooms, a broadcasting facility, and classrooms. The design also features a new Administration wing with reception, offices, and a conference room. The main lobby gives direct access to the Auditorium and a concessions area and restrooms. Along the side of the main exterior entry there are ticket windows to be used for school productions as well as public events.

Mooresville, NC blueharbor bank: Mooresville Mooresville, NC MOORESVILLE HEADQUARTERS Completed in 2018, the corporate headquarters of blueharbor bank is a three-story office building in Morrison Plantation, Mooresville, NC. blueharbor bank was a design/bid/build delivery, and ESD Architecture completed the design. The Morrison Plantation site housed the original bank building, which remained in operation during the new bank’s construction. The project was split into two phases to transition seamlessly from the old facility into the new one. Phase one consisted of constructing the new building, and phase two revolved around demolishing the original bank. "G.L.
