The tenant exteriors and upfits for Staples, T.J. Maxx, and Michaels were designed by COR3 Design, LLC, while the upfit for PetSmart was designed by Interplan, PLLC. Statesville, NC Iredell Urgent Care Statesville, NC Stepping in to help Iredell Health System establish an urgent care facility to serve the eastern portion of Iredell County, G.L. Statesville, NC Parker Hannifin Statesville, NC This project in the Crawford Road industrial district represents a strong example of a total renovation and upfit of an existing structure. The scope of work covered two sections: office and manufacturing spaces. The manufacturing floor received new dock seals, dock levelers, truck restraints, portal steel, sidewalks, and windows. Installation of new mechanical units and restroom upgrades, including tile, fixtures, vanities, lighting, cabinets in the kitchen and breakrooms, ceilings, doors, and storefronts, were core items addressed on the office side. Statesville, NC Oakwood Middle School Statesville, NC This extensive middle school renovation, designed by FWA Group, spanned 71,176 square feet of existing structures. The scope of work included complete renovation of the gymnasium, installation of new science labs and prep rooms, renovation of restrooms, installation of new mechanical units and lighting, upgradation of locker rooms, incorporation of a new concession area, and installation of ADA handicap lifts. Additionally, extensive site work was carried out, including constructing new parking lots and driveways.

Salisbury & Mocksville, NC Gildan Salisbury & Mocksville, NC Gildan Yarns was a complex multiphase manufacturing project spanning two sites in different counties. Phases I and II included a 440,000-square-foot renovation and addition to an existing plant in Salisbury, NC, as well as the construction of an auxiliary plant (650,000 SF) at the same site. Phase III in Mocksville, NC, covered the construction of a 750,000-square-foot plant.
