G.L. Wilson built the original plant and has worked with Kewaunee over the last seven decades on expansions, renovations, and new construction projects. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company. The pre-engineered metal structure contains five vehicle bays with additional space for storage. The offices are attached to the rear structure and house several administrative offices, a kitchen, bathrooms, and a significant employee common area. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company.

Statesville, NC Trinity Episcopal Church Statesville, NC 4,800 square foot building addition, including a preschool and Sunday school meeting space, restrooms, and elevator tower. Designed by Adams Group Architects. "G.L. Wilson did an excellent job of not interfering with the functions of our day-to-day church life. Our building is used constantly by our church members and our community and there was very little disruption to our church schedule. The construction site was always neat, safe, and orderly." Mooresville, NC Pine Lake Prep: Fine Arts Building Mooresville, NC The Fine Arts Building at Pine Lake Prep Charter School is a 11,290 square feet structure constructed using a wood frame construction method. This purposefully designed building offers dedicated classroom spaces for the school’s band, chorus, art, and drama programs. This project was designed by G.L. Wilson Building Company’s in-house design team. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company.

Statesville, NC Randy Marion Ford Lincoln Statesville, NC Randy Marion Ford/Lincoln Dealership, located in Statesville, NC, features numerous sales and service department offices on the first floor, a spacious showroom with a two-story glass storefront, and an extensive vehicle service area. Completing the project in stages allowed for the opening of Randy Marion Ford before the Lincoln Dealership was finished. Located approximately fifty feet from Ford, the Lincoln site had safety barriers erected to separate dealership operations from construction activities with minimal interruptions. With the many high-quality materials used throughout, Randy Marion Lincoln embodies the luxury associated with the brand. This project also involved significant site work, paving, and ample parking areas to house the vehicle inventory. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company.

Salisbury & Mocksville, NC Gildan Salisbury & Mocksville, NC Gildan Yarns was a complex multiphase manufacturing project spanning two sites in different counties. Phases I and II included a 440,000-square-foot renovation and addition to an existing plant in Salisbury, NC, as well as the construction of an auxiliary plant (650,000 SF) at the same site. Phase III in Mocksville, NC, covered the construction of a 750,000-square-foot plant. All facilities included sophisticated under-slab mechanical systems, which advanced foundations and trenching components to the scope of work. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company. "G.L. Wilson has done an exemplary job with the renovation of our textile facility. Site Superintendent Tim Bowman has done an excellent job working in and around our machine installation schedule and start up. Wilson Building Company in June 2021, has 40 years of accounting, auditing, and management experience including 11 years as CFO of NASDAQ-listed community banks headquartered in North Carolina. His experience also includes employment at a predecessor firm for Potts, Steele & White, P.A. and at Southern Bell. He earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Math and Business at Wake Forest University. As a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor, he has experience in financial reporting, investment portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and internal auditing. Edwin has served in Rotary and Kiwanis clubs in North Carolina communities.

Statesville, NC Fort Dobbs Visitor Center Statesville, NC G.L. Wilson Building Company served as the design/build general contractor for the turnkey construction of the Fort Dobbs Visitors Center in Statesville, North Carolina. This comprehensive project included self-performed site work. The scope encompassed storm drainage infrastructure with concrete pipe installation, erosion control measures including silt fence installation, interior finishes such as door installation and toilet accessories and partitions, complete electrical package installation, and selective building demolition. The completed facility now serves as the welcoming gateway for visitors to the historic Fort Dobbs State Historic Site. Design/Build by G.L.
