Statesville, NC Iredell Urgent Care Statesville, NC Stepping in to help Iredell Health System establish an urgent care facility to serve the eastern portion of Iredell County, G.L. Wilson Building Company worked on extensive renovations to transform a former video store into a fully equipped care center. The scope of work included patient exam rooms, labs, offices, nurses' stations, an X-ray room, restrooms, and a reception lobby. Design/Build by G.L. Wilson Building Company.

Charlotte, NC Mecklenburg Community Church Charlotte, NC Completed in 2013, this 60,800 SF project included a new lobby addition, coffee shop, restrooms, storage space, and an extensive renovation to the existing auditorium.

Mooresville, NC Pine Lake Prep: STEM Building Mooresville, NC Pine Lake Prep Charter School’s new state-of-the-art STEM building, constructed by the G.L. Wilson Building Company, is a modern, two-story structure covering 30,000 square feet. The spacious facility includes cutting-edge science classrooms equipped with the latest educational technology, providing an inspiring environment for students to explore and learn. Additionally, the building boasts a spacious 300-seat auditorium, catering to the school’s diverse activities and events. This project was designed by G.L. Statesville, NC Statesville Retail Development Statesville, NC This project involved the site development and construction of a 67,670 square foot retail center. The center includes four anchor tenants: Staples (15,764 square feet), T.J. Maxx (23,600 square feet), Michaels (14,293 square feet), and PetSmart (14,013 square feet). The tenant exteriors and upfits for Staples, T.J. Maxx, and Michaels were designed by COR3 Design, LLC, while the upfit for PetSmart was designed by Interplan, PLLC. Statesville, NC Oakwood Middle School Statesville, NC This extensive middle school renovation, designed by FWA Group, spanned 71,176 square feet of existing structures. The scope of work included complete renovation of the gymnasium, installation of new science labs and prep rooms, renovation of restrooms, installation of new mechanical units and lighting, upgradation of locker rooms, incorporation of a new concession area, and installation of ADA handicap lifts. Additionally, extensive site work was carried out, including constructing new parking lots and driveways.

Statesville, NC Fort Dobbs Visitor Center Statesville, NC G.L. Wilson Building Company served as the design/build general contractor for the turnkey construction of the Fort Dobbs Visitors Center in Statesville, North Carolina. This comprehensive project included self-performed site work. The completed facility now serves as the welcoming gateway for visitors to the historic Fort Dobbs State Historic Site.
