Statesville, NC Broad Street UMC: Tower Renovations Statesville, NC Broad Street United Methodist Church is a historic century-old building in Downtown Statesville. G.L. Wilson Building Company was brought to complete extensive refurbishment work on one of the bell towers. Mooresville, NC Randy Marion Cadillac Mooresville, NC This project’s scope included a complete renovation of the Cadillac showroom, offices, and service entrance. The goal was to bring the dealership to modern brand standards by implementing new interiors, lighting, and facades. The renovation enhanced the space’s aesthetic appeal and improved customer experience. Building Design Civil/Site Plan Design Cost Estimate Deliverables at this stage include: A finalized floor plan that meets the owner’s requirements. Defined exterior elevations with general notes on materials and finishes. Preliminary Civil Drawings Featuring: Accurate placement of site components such as buildings, driveways, parking areas, and stormwater ponds. A basic stormwater review to determine preliminary requirements. Utility connection points and estimated utility line quantities. A preliminary estimate is then prepared, offering a more detailed cost analysis than the schematic budget. If the client is satisfied with the design and estimate, the project moves forward to final design. If adjustments are needed, G.L. Wilson revises the plans or applies value engineering as directed. This phase typically includes multiple coordination meetings with the client. Statesville, NC Piedmont Health Care: Endocrinology Statesville, NC The Endocrinology Building is a newly constructed 6,100 square foot dedicated to endocrinology care on the Piedmont Health Care campus located off Old Mocksville Road in Statesville, NC. Statesville, NC North Iredell High School: Performing Arts Center Statesville, NC G.L. Wilson and Adams + Associates worked together to bring this Performing Arts Center facility to the North Iredell High School campus. The scope includes a 700 seat auditorium with elevated stage and backstage area, band and chorus classrooms, soundproof instrument practice & ensemble support rooms, a broadcasting facility, and classrooms.

Statesville, NC Iredell Memorial Hospital: Renovations Statesville, NC Construction on Iredell Memorial Hospital began in 1953, marking the start of the first major non-residential project in G.L. Wilson's history. Over the last 70 years, there have been numerous partnerships to meet the needs of the shared Statesville and wider Iredell County community, including several recent renovations at the hospital. The newest IMH project involves multiple patient wing renovations, which include all new interior finishes, upgraded utilities, and nursing stations.

Troutman, NC Animal Hospital on South Main Troutman, NC Designed by G.L. Wilson's in-house design team, the second location of Animal Hospital of Statesville, Animal Hospital on South Main in Troutman, provides a complete suite of animal care amenities for staff and clients. Our designers outfitted the new animal hospital with seven patient exam rooms, an X-ray booth, kennels for cats and dogs, offices, and an operating room, ensuring it met all the needs outlined by the client. "G.L. Wilson took the blueprint for our new animal hospital from my head and shaped it into reality. The design team was able to interpret my general ideas and develop them into a working prototype that we eventually tweaked into the perfect model. From there the construction team took over. They were open to minor adjustments to the plan as they arose. I was updated several times each week (and often several times each day)on the progress. Issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally with the final product exceeding my expectations. They were on time and on budget. We had a great experience with G.L.
